The province rejected SD73’s business case for a new Batchelor Heights elementary school, and the district says an Aberdeen secondary school is now at the top of its wish list. A Kamloops woman who lied under oath during a manslaughter trial will avoid prison. Sarah Hupe, 45, received a two-year conditional sentence in B.C.
