Personal fireworks remain banned in Kamloops. CBC reports Ken Uzeloc is warning residents ahead of Canada Day that possession, storage and discharge of fireworks can bring a $1,000 fine, with people also potentially responsible for firefighting costs if a fire starts. (CBC)
