Kamloops rents fell across the board in the latest monthly snapshot. CFJC reports the average dropped from $2,009 in June to $1,949 in July, with one- and two-bedroom rates both down. (CFJC Today)

New Afton’s owner is testing how much life lies beyond the mine’s 2032 plan. Coeur Mining plans to extend an underground exploration tunnel by half a kilometre before year-end to study the deeper K-Zone deposit. (Castanet)
